Welcome to Post Off.! You run the business. We make the Reels. This agreement explains what is included in your Reel Pack, how the process works, and what to expect after purchasing. By accepting this agreement and completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.

1\. Your Reel Pack

Each Post Off. Reel Pack is a one-time purchase of $99 CAD, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Your purchase includes:

- Eight (8) custom, ready-to-post short-form Reels.
- Editing using footage you provide.
- On-screen text and hooks.
- One written caption per Reel.
- Audio suggestions where appropriate.
- One (1) minor revision per Reel.
- Digital delivery of your completed content.

Reels are generally approximately 5–15 seconds long, depending on the footage and creative concept. Every pack is created specifically for your business using your submitted materials. Post Off. does not provide generic AI-generated Reels.
There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or ongoing payment commitment.


Want more Reels later? You can purchase another pack whenever orders are available.

2\. What's Not Included

Your Reel Pack does not include:
- Filming or photography.
- Social media account management.
- Scheduling or publishing content.
- Access to your Instagram or other social media accounts.
- Paid advertising or advertising management.
- Complex animations or advanced video production.
- Unlimited revisions.
- Guaranteed views, followers, engagement, leads, or sales.

You are responsible for reviewing and publishing your completed Reels.

3\. Getting Started

After purchasing, you'll receive instructions to complete your onboarding form and upload your footage to your designated Google Drive folder. Your onboarding form helps us understand your business, brand, audience, and content preferences. To begin creating your Reels, we require:

1. Your completed onboarding form.
2. Sufficient usable footage to create all eight Reels.
3. Any necessary brand information, logos, or additional details requested during onboarding.


You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to use all submitted materials, including consent from identifiable people appearing in your footage. Post Off may request additional or replacement footage if submitted materials are incomplete, unsuitable, or technically unusable. You may add footage to your file at any time.

4\. Footage Submission Deadline
You have 30 calendar days from your purchase date to complete onboarding and submit the required usable footage. We may send reminders if your onboarding or footage is incomplete. If we have not received everything required within 30 days, your order may be placed on hold. We will contact you to discuss completing your submission, arranging a reasonable extension, or resolving the outstanding order. An order will not automatically be considered completed or fully earned simply because the 30-day deadline has passed. If an order remains incomplete, any cancellation, refund, or agreed resolution will take into account work already performed, the circumstances of the delay, and applicable legal rights.

5\. Delivery Timeline
Your eight Reels will be delivered within 10 business days after both of the following have occurred:

- Your onboarding form has been fully completed.
- All required usable footage has been received in your designated Google Drive folder.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Ontario statutory holidays.
The delivery period does not begin until both requirements are satisfied. If additional information or replacement footage is needed, we will contact you before confirming that your submission is complete. Your completed Reels will be delivered digitally through a shared folder or another delivery method communicated to you. If an unexpected issue affects our ability to meet the delivery timeline, we will notify you promptly, explain the delay, and discuss an appropriate resolution. The 10-business-day period applies to initial delivery. Requested revisions may require additional processing time.

6\. Revisions

Each Reel includes one (1) minor revision at no additional charge. Minor revisions may include:
- Correcting spelling or grammatical errors.
- Adjusting on-screen wording.
- Small timing or text-placement adjustments.
- Minor caption corrections.

A minor revision does not include:
- Creating an entirely new Reel.
- Replacing the original creative concept.
- Extensive footage changes.
- Multiple alternative versions.
- Advanced editing outside the original scope.

Revision requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of delivery.If no revision request is received within that period, the Reel will be considered approved for purposes of the included creative revision. Additional revisions or substantial changes may be available for an additional fee, which will be disclosed and approved before any additional work begins.This revision deadline does not limit any mandatory legal rights or remedies relating to deficient services.

7\. Payment

The Reel Pack costs $99 CAD, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Your payment covers one pack of eight Reels. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Any additional Reel Packs or separately requested services require a new purchase or your express approval of additional charges.

8\. Cancellations and Refunds

Because Post Off. provides customized creative services, cancellation and refund requests will be assessed based on the stage of your order and applicable law.

- Before work begins: You may contact us to request cancellation. Any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with your legal rights and the circumstances of the order.
- After work begins: We will review the work already completed and any applicable refund obligations.
- After delivery: Completed custom creative work is generally non-refundable for a change of mind, except where required by law.

If Post Off. cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required. Nothing in this agreement excludes or restricts cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived. To request cancellation or assistance, contact hello@postoff.ca


9\. Ownership and Content Rights

You retain ownership of the original footage, images, logos, and other materials you provide. You grant Post Off. permission to access, edit, and process those materials as necessary to complete your order. Once the applicable payment has been received, you may use the finished Reels for your business's social media and marketing purposes, subject to third-party rights and licensing restrictions. Post Off. retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, editing processes, internal methods, and other proprietary resources. We will not publicly share your completed Reels as portfolio examples or promotional content without your permission.


10\. Music and Audio Suggestions

Post Off. may recommend music or trending audio for your Reels. Audio availability and commercial licensing permissions vary by platform, account type, location, and intended use. You are responsible for ensuring that any music or third-party audio you publish is appropriately licensed for your business. We do not guarantee the continued availability or suitability of suggested audio.


11\. Content Accuracy and Results

Post Off. creates content using the information and footage you provide. You are responsible for reviewing completed content before publishing, including the accuracy of business information, professional claims, pricing, products, and services. Post Off. does not guarantee specific social media results, including views, followers, engagement, inquiries, or sales.


12\. Privacy and Confidentiality

We will use reasonable care when handling your business information and submitted footage. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential client records, or identifiable patient information unless an appropriate arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in advance.


13\. Service Availability

Reel Packs are offered subject to available production capacity. Post Off. may temporarily pause or limit new orders. Once your purchase has been accepted, we will fulfill your order according to this agreement or provide an appropriate resolution if we are unable to do so. We may decline requests involving unlawful materials, infringement of third-party rights, or work outside the agreed service scope.

15\. Acceptance

By selecting the agreement checkbox and completing checkout, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to read and understand this Service Agreement.
You acknowledge that:

- You are purchasing one Reel Pack for $99 CAD, plus applicable taxes.
- Your purchase includes eight custom Reels.
- There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
- You have 30 calendar days to complete onboarding and submit the required footage.
- Initial delivery occurs within 10 business days after complete onboarding and receipt of all required usable footage.
- Each Reel includes one minor revision requested within three calendar days of delivery.
- Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to this agreement and applicable law.

16\. Future Reel Pack Purchases
This Service Agreement also governs the Client's subsequent one-time Reel Pack purchases from Post Off., unless the parties expressly agree to different or updated terms. Each Reel Pack is purchased separately and does not create a subscription, automatic renewal, or ongoing payment obligation. If material terms change, the updated agreement will be provided for acceptance before it applies to a future purchase.

17\. Ongoing Footage Library and Reuse
Post Off. may maintain one shared Google Drive footage folder for each Client across separate Reel Pack purchases. The Client may add or delete footage in that folder. By providing footage, the Client authorizes Post Off. to reuse footage that remains available in the shared folder for future purchased Reel Packs, unless the Client instructs us otherwise. New footage is not required for every purchase if sufficient suitable footage is already available. Deleting footage from the shared folder means it must not be used in future work; deletion does not undo work already completed or delivered. Post Off. will not intentionally keep separate copies of deleted footage for future reuse, although copies may temporarily remain in backups or completed project files. Post Off. may remove stored footage when reasonably necessary, including storage management, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Unlimited storage is not guaranteed. The Client does not receive access to internal working files or unpublished drafts. Each purchase includes only the agreed eight finished Reels.

This agreement is subject to all applicable mandatory legal rights and protections.
